આજે વાયુસેનાનો 88મો સ્થાપના દિવસ, આકાશમાં રાફેલ અને સ્વદેશી તેજસનો દમ જોવા મળ્યો
નવી દિલ્હી, તા. 8 ઓક્ટોબર 2020 ગુરૂવાર
ભારતીય વાયુસેનાનો આજે 88મો સ્થાપના દિવસ છે. ભારતના ગૌરવશાળી ઈતિહાસ સાથે જોડાયેલા આ કાર્યક્રમની શરૂઆત સવારે સાડા આઠ વાગે શરૂ થઇ છે.
સરહદ પર ચીન અને પાકિસ્તાનના બેવડા પડકાર વચ્ચે ભારતની વાયુસેનાના પરાક્રમની ઝલક હિંડન એરબેસ પર જોવા મળશે. આયોજનમાં આ વખતે કુલ 56 એરક્રાફ્ટ ભાગ લઈ રહ્યા છે. જેમાં રાફેલ, જગુઆર, તેજસ સહિત સુખોઈ અને મિરાજ પણ સામેલ છે.
આજના સ્ટેટિક ડિસ્પલેમાં રાફેલને સૌથી વચ્ચે સ્થાન અપાયું છે. ફ્લાય પાસ્ટના ફોર્મેશન્સમાં પણ રાફેલને જગ્યા અપાઈ છે. વિજય ફોર્મેશનમાં રાફેલની સાથે સાથે મિરાજ-2000 અને જગુઆર ફાઈટર જેટ્સ પણ હશે જ્યારે ટ્રાન્સફોર્મર ફોર્મેશનમાં તેજસ અને સુખોઈ વિમાન હશે. એટલે કે આજે આકાશમાં દુનિયા ભારતના રક્ષા બેડામાં હાલમાં જ સામેલ થયેલા રાફેલ અને સ્વદેશી તેજસની તાકાત પણ જોશે.
ભારતીય વાયુસેનાનું પરાક્રમ દુનિયા અનેકવાર જોઈ ચૂકી છે. વર્ષ 1932માં ભારતીય વાયુસેનાની સ્થાપના થઈ હતી. આથી દર વર્ષે આજના દિવસે વાયુસેના દિવસ તરીકે ઉજવવામાં આવે છે.

હાથરસના આરોપીઓના સમર્થનમાં બેઠક યોજવા બદલ ભાજપના પૂર્વ સાંસદ સહિત 100 સામે કેસ
અમે ઇચ્છીએ છીએ કે સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટની દેખરેખ હેઠળ સીબીઆઇ સમગ્ર મામલાની તપાસ કરે : ઉત્તર પ્રદેશ સરકાર
નવી દિલ્હી, તા. 6 ઓક્ટોબર, 2020, મંગળવાર
હાથરસની ઘટનાને સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટે આઘાતજનક તેમજ અતી ભયાવહ ગણાવી હતી. સાથે કહ્યું હતું કે આ સમગ્ર મામલાની તપાસ પારદર્શી રહે તેના પર ધ્યાન રાખવામાં આવશે. સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટે આ સમગ્ર મામલે ઉત્તર પ્રદેશ સરકાર પાસેથી આઠમી ઓક્ટોબર સુધીમાં જવાબ માગ્યો છે જેમાં પીડિતાના પરિવાર અને સાક્ષીઓને સુરક્ષા આપવા મુદ્દે શું કર્યું તેની પણ માહિતી આપવા કહ્યું છે.
જ્યારે પીડિતાની રાત્રે અંતિમવિિધ કેમ કરાઇ તે અંગે સરકારે પહેલી વખત જવાબ આપ્યો હતો અને સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટમાં દાખલ સોગંદનામાં કહ્યું હતુ કે જો રાત્રે અંતિમવિિધ ન કરી હોત તો હાથરસમાં જાતીય હિંસા ભડકી હોત.
બીજી તરફ ઉત્તર પ્રદેશ સરકારે એક સોગંદનામામાં પોતાની દલિલો રજુ કરી હતી અને કહ્યું હતું કે આ સમગ્ર મામલે સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટની દેખરેખમાં સીબીઆઇને તપાસ સોપાવી જોઇએ, કેમ કે એક નિર્દોશ યુવતીનો જીવ ગયો છે.
રાજ્ય સરકારે આ સમગ્ર મામલે ન્યાયીક તપાસ થવી જોઇએ તેવી માગણી પણ કરી છે સાથે દાવો કર્યો છે કે જો ન્યાયીક તપાસ થાય તો સરકાર પ્રત્યે જે ગેર સમજ ફેલાવવામા આવી રહી છે તેને અટકાવી શકાય. બાદમાં મુખ્ય ન્યાયાધીશ એસ એ બોબડેની બેંચે કહ્યું હતું કે અમે એ બાબતનું ધ્યાન રાખીશું કે આ સમગ્ર મામલાની પારદર્શી તપાસ થાય.
અમે સોગંદનામામાં જવાબ ઇચ્છીએ છીએ કે આ સમગ્ર પ્રકરણમાં સાક્ષીઓની સુરક્ષા માટે શું કર્યું તેમજ અલ્લાહાબાદ હાઇકોર્ટમાં પણ આ જ મામલો ચાલી રહ્યો છે તેનું શું થયું તેનું ચિત્ર સ્પષ્ટ કરવામાં આવે કે જેથી સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટ આમા કેવી રીતે પગલા લઇ શકે તે નિશ્ચિત કરી શકાય. આ ઘટના અતી જઘન્ય અને ભયાવહ છે.
આ સમગ્ર મામલે એક પીઆઇએલ સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટમાં દાખલ થઇ છે જેમાં સીબીઆઇ તેમજ સર્વોચ્ચ અદાલતની દેખરેખરમાં તપાસ થાય તેવી માગણી કરાઇ છે. આ મામલે સરકાર વતી દલીલ કરી રહેલા તુષાર મેહતાએ કહ્યું હતું કે અમે આ પીઆઇએલનો વિરોધ નથી કરી રહ્યા, અમે ઇચ્છીએ જ છીએ કે સીબીઆઇ તપાસ કરે અને સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટ તપાસની દેખરેખ રાખે.
બીજી તરફ પોલીસે દાવો કર્યો હતો કે હાથરસકાંડના બહાને ઉત્તર પ્રદેશમાં કેટલાક લોકો જાતીય ઘર્ષણ કરાવવા, આ મામલે હાથરસ જઇ રહેલા એક પત્રકાર અને અન્ય ત્રણ શખ્સોની ધરપકડ કરાઇ છે અને પોલીસે આરોપ લગાવ્યો હતો કે જે ચાર શખ્સોની ધરપકડ કરાઇ તેઓ પોપ્યૂલર ફ્રંટ ઓફ ઇન્ડિયા(પીએફઆઇ) સાથે સંકળાયેલા હતા, પીએફઆઇએ સીએઆઇ વિરોધ પ્રદર્શનમાં ફન્ડિંગ કર્યું હોવાના દાવા કરાયા હતા.
તેવી જ રીતે હાથરસકાંડની આડમાં જાતીય હિંસા ભડકાવવા માગતા હોવાનો આરોપ પણ લગાવ્યો હતો. જોકે જે પત્રકારની ધરપકડ કરાઇ તે નિર્દોશ હોવાનો દાવો કેરળના એક મીડિયા સંગઠને કર્યો છે. દરમિયાન હાથરસકાંડમાં જે આરોપીઓ છે તેમના સમર્થનમાં હાથરસમાં બેઠક યોજવા બદલ ભાજપના એક પૂર્વ સાંસદ રાજવીર સિંઘ પેહેલવાન સહિત 100 શખ્સો સામે ગુનો દાખલ કરાયો છે.

ઉત્તર પ્રદેશના હાથરસકાંડની અસર સમગ્ર દેશમાં જોવા મળી હતી, આ સિૃથતિ વચ્ચે ફરી હાથરસમાં જ માત્ર છ વર્ષની બાળકી પર રેપ ગુજારવામાં આવ્યો હતો, બાદમાં સારવાર દરમિયાન તેનું મોત નિપજ્યું હતું.
આ ઘટનાને અંજામ આપનારો પરિવારનો જ એક શખ્સ સામેલ છે. બાળકીના પરિવારજનોએ બાળકીનો મૃતદેહ રસ્તા પર મુકીને વિરોધ પ્રદર્શન કર્યા હતા, સૃથાનિક ઇગલાસ પોલીસ સ્ટેશનના એસએચઓને તાત્કાલીક સસ્પેન્ડ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે.
આ ઘટના પણ હાથરસકાંડ થયો તેના થોડા દિવસ બાદ જ ઘટી હતી, 15 દિવસ પહેલા સાદાબાદના મઇ જટોઇ વિસ્તારની રહેવાસી 6 વર્ષીય બાળકી પર અલીગઢ જિલ્લાના ઇગલાસ ગામમાં રેપ કરાયો હતો, બાદમાં બાળકીને દિલ્હીની એક હોસ્પિટલમાં લઇ જવાઇ હતી જ્યાં તેની સારવાર ચાલી રહી હતી. 15 દિવસ સુધી આ બાળકી તડપતી રહી અને અંતે મોત નિપજ્યું હતું.
ઘટના બાદ ગુસ્સે ભરાયેલા પરિવારજનોએ બાળકીનો મૃતદેહ રસ્તા પર મુકી દીધો હતો અને રસ્તો જામ કરી દીધો હતો. સાથે જ અપરાધી શખ્સની ધરપકડ ઉપરાંત સૃથાનિક પોલીસ અિધકારીને સસ્પેન્ડ કરવાની માગણી કરી હતી, આ મામલામાં બાળકીની માસીનો ભાઇ જ જવાબદાર હોવાનો પરિવારે આરોપ લગાવ્યો હતો.
જ્યારે ઉત્તર પ્રદેશના કનોજમાં નશામાં ચુર એક પિતાએ પોતાની જ 14 વર્ષની સગીરા પર રેપ ગુજાર્યો હતો. પિતાની પોલીસે ધરપકડ કરી લીધી છે. તેના ચાર ભાઇઓને એક રૂમમાં બંધ કરીને આ સગીરા પર નશામાં ચુર નરાધમ બાપે રેપ કર્યો હતો. ઉત્તર પ્રદેશના જ ગોરખપુરમાં એક મુકબધીર યુવતી પર રેપ ગુજારવામાં આવ્યો હતો.
પોલીસે આ રેપના અપરાધ 25 વર્ષીય પિંટુ પ્રસાદ નામના શખ્સને ઝડપી પાડયો છે. ઉત્તર પ્રદેશમાં જ પ્રતાપગઢમાં એક 17 વર્ષીય યુવતી પર ચંદ્રકેશ વર્મા નામના શખ્સે રેપ ગુજાર્યો હતો. ઘટના સમયે યુવતી એકલી હતી અને તેનો લાભ લઇને આ ઘટનાને અંજામ આપ્યો હતો અને અપરાધીની ધરપકડ કરી લેવાઇ છે.
અન્ય રાજ્યોમાં પણ રેપની ઘટનાઓ સામે આવી રહી છે. મધ્ય પ્રદેશમાં 35 વર્ષીય મહિલા પર પાંચ શખ્સોએ ગેંગરેપ ગુજાર્યો હતો. આ ઘટના અહીંના રેવા જીલ્લામાં બની હતી, જેમાંથી ચારની ધરપકડ કરી લેવાઇ છે.
પીડિતા આ ઘટના બાદઇજાગ્રસ્ત છે અને તેને સારવાર માટે સરકારી હોસ્પિટલમાં લઇ જવાઇ હતી. પહેલી ઓક્ટોબરે આ ઘટના બની તે બાદથી પીડિતા બેભાન અવસૃથામાં હતી અને સોમવારે તેને ભાન આવ્યું હતું. રાજસૃથાનના ચુરૂમાં એક યુવતીને નશીલો પદાર્થ પિવડાવી તેના પર રેપ ગુજારાયો હતો.
આ યુવતી 24મી સપ્ટેમ્બરના રોજ ેક પરીક્ષાનું ફોર્મ ભરવા ગઇ હતી, જ્યાં તે પહેલાથી જ ઓળખીતા એક શખ્સ વિક્રમને મળી હતી. મદદ કરવાના બહાને યુવતીને કારમાં લઇ જવાઇ હતી જ્યાં પહેલાથી જ ત્રણ શખ્સો હાજર હતા. બાદમાં તેને એક રૂમમાં લઇ જવાઇ હતી જ્યાં તેના પર રેપ ગુજારાયો હતો.

The urban affairs ministry and a major online food ordering and delivery platform have signed an MoU to enable street food vendors to tap a bigger market using the company's e-commerce platform for more business.
