ભારતે ચીનને મોટો ઝટકો આપ્યો છે. ચીનની પછાડીને ભારતની આર્થિક અને સામાજિક પરિષદની સંસ્થા યુનાઈટેડ નેશનના કમિશન ઓફ સ્ટેટસ ઓફ વુમનના સભ્ય તરીકે પસંદગી થઈ છે. સંયુક્ત રાષ્ટ્રમાં ભારતના સ્થાયી પ્રતિનિધિ ટી એસ મૂર્તિએ આ જાણકારી આપી છે.
ટીએસ મૂર્તિએ કહ્યું કે, પ્રતિષ્ઠિત ECOSOC શાખામાં ભારતે સીટ જીતી છે. ભારતની કમિશન ઓન ધ સ્ટેટસ ઓફ વુમન (CSW)ના સભ્ય તરીકે પસંદગી થઈ છે. જે આપણા તમામ પ્રયત્નોમાં લૈંગિક સમાનતા અને મહિલા સશક્તિકરણને પ્રોત્સાહન આપવા માટે આપણી પ્રતિબદ્ધતાનું એક મહત્વપૂર્ણ સમર્થન છે. અમે સભ્ય દેશોનો તેમના સમર્થન માટે આભાર માનીએ છીએ.
ભારત, અફઘાનિસ્તાન અને ચીને કમિશન ઓફ સ્ટેટસ ઓફ વુમન માટે ચૂંટણી લડી હતી. જેમાં ભારત અને અફઘાનિસ્તાને 54 સભ્યો સાથે મતદાનમાં જીત મેળવી. જ્યારે ચીને સજ્જડ હારનો સામનો કરવાનો આવ્યો. ચીનને અડધા વોટ પણ મળ્યા ન હતા બેઈજિંગ વર્લ્ડ કોન્ફરન્સ ઓફ વુમન (1995)ની આ વર્ષે 25મી વર્ષગાઠ છે. આ અવસરે ચીને ભારતના હાથે હારનો સામનો કરવાનો વારો આવ્યો.
આ સાથે જ હવે ભારત ચાર વર્ષ માટે આ આયોગનો સભ્ય રહેશે. વર્ષ 2021થી લઈને 2025 સુધી ભારત યુનાઈટેડ નેશનના કમિશન ઓન સ્ટેટસ ઓફ ધ વુમનનું સભ્ય રહેશે.

કેન્દ્ર સરકાર પોતાની 20 કંપની અને તેમના યુનિટ્સમાં હિસ્સેદારી વેચવાની તૈયારી કરી રહી છે. આ ઉપરાંત છ કંપનીઓ બંધ કરવા અંગે પણ વિચારણા ચાલી રહી છે તેમ નાણા મંત્રાલયના રાજ્ય કક્ષાના પ્રધાન અનુરાગસિંહ ઠાકુરે આ વાત જણાવી છે.
લોકસભામાં એક લેખિત જવાબમાં તેમણે જણાવ્યું હતું કે આ કંપનીઓમા સ્ટ્રેટેજિક ડિસઇન્વેસ્ટમેન્ટની પ્રક્રિયા વિભિન્ન તબક્કામા શરૂ કરવામાં આવશે. સરકાર સ્ટ્રેટેજિક સ્ટેક સેલ અને માઇનોરિટી સ્ટેક ડાઇલ્યુશનના દ્વારા ડિસઇન્વેસ્ટમેન્ટ પર કાર્ય કરી રહી છે.
ઠાકુરે જણાવ્યું હતું કે નીતિ આયોગે સરકારી કંપનીઓના ડિસઇન્વેસ્ટમેન્ટ માટે કેટલીક શરતો નક્કી કરી છે. તેના આધારે સરકારે 2016થી 34 કંપનીઓમાં સ્ટ્રેટેજિક ડિસઇન્વેસ્ટમેન્ટને મંજૂરી આપી છે. જેમાંથી 8 કેસોમાં આ પ્રક્રિયા પૂર્ણ થઇ ગઇ છે અને 6 કંપનીઓને બંધ કરવા અંગે વિચારણા ચાલુ છે અને બાકી 20માં પ્રક્રિયા વિભિન્ન તબક્કામાં છે.
જે કંપનીઓને બંધ કરવાની વિચારણા ચાલી રહી છે તેમાં હિંદુસ્તાન ફલોરોકાર્બન લિમિટેડ(એચએફએલ), સ્કૂટર્સ ઇન્ડિયા, ભારત પંપ્સ એન્ડ કમ્પ્રેસર્સ લિમિટેડ, હિંદુસ્તાન પ્રીફેબ, હિંદુસ્તાન ન્યૂઝપ્રિન્ટ અને કર્ણાટક એન્ડ ફાર્માસ્યૂટિકલ્સ લિમિટેડ સામેલ છે.
આ ઉપરાંત પ્રોજેક્ટ એન્ડ ડેવલોપમેન્ટ ઇન્ડિયા લિમિટેડ, એન્જિનિયરિંગ પ્રોજેક્ટ(ઇન્ડિયા) લિમિટેડ, બ્રિજ એન્ડ રૂફ કંપની ઇન્ડિયા લિમિટેડ, સિમેન્ટ કોર્પોરેશન ઓફ ઇન્ડિયાના યુનિટ, સેન્ટ્રલ ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક્સ લિમિટેડ, ભારત આૃર્થ મૂવર્સ લિમિટેડ(બીઇએમએલ), ફેરો સ્ક્રેપ નિગમ લિમિટેડ અને એનએમડીસીના નાગરનાર સ્ટીલ પ્લાન્ટમાં ડિસઇન્વેસ્ટમેન્ટની પ્રક્રિયા ચાલી રહી છે. આ સાથે જ એલોય સ્ટીલ પ્લાન્ટ, દુર્ગાપુર, સેલમ સ્ટીલ પ્લાન્ટ, સેલનું ભદ્રાવતી યુનિટ, પવન હંસ, એર ઇન્ડિયા અને તેની પાંચ સહાયક કંપનીઓ તથા એક સંયુકત ઉપક્રમમાં વ્યૂહાતમક વેચાણની પ્રક્રિયા ચાલુ છે.
એચઅલએલ લાઇફ કેર લિમિટેડ, ઇન્ડિયન મેડિસિન એન્ડ ફાર્માસ્યૂટિકલ કોર્પોરેશન લિમિટેડ, આઇટીડીસીના વિભિન્ન યુનિટ, હિંદુસ્તાન એન્ટી બાયોટિક્સ, બંગાળ કેમિકલ્સ એન્ડ ફાર્માસ્યૂટિકલ્સ,ભારત પેટ્રોલિયમ કોર્પોરેશન લિમિટેડ, શિંપિંગ કોર્પોરેશન ઓફ ઇન્ડિયા, કન્ટેનર કોર્પોરેશન ઓફ ઇન્ડિયા અને નીલાચલ ઇસ્પાત નિગમ લિમિટેડમા પણ સ્ટ્રેટિજિક વેચાણ થશે.

કેન્દ્રીય ગૃહમંત્રી અમિત શાહની તબિયત લથડતાં શનિવારે મોડી રાત્રે તેઓ ફરીથી એઈમ્સમાં દાખલ થયા હતા. મીડિયાના અહેવાલો મુજબ અમિત શાહને શ્વાસ લેવામાં તકલીફ થતાં એઈમ્સમાં દાખલ કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા.
બીજીબાજુ સોમવારથી સંસદનું ચોમાસુ સત્ર શરૂ થઈ રહ્યું છે ત્યારે સત્રની શરૂઆત પહેલાં બધા જ સાંસદોના કોરોના ટેસ્ટ કરાઈ રહ્યા છે, જેમાં પાંચ સાંસદોના કોરોના રિપોર્ટ પોઝિટિવ આવ્યા છે. હજી અન્ય સાંસદોના પરીક્ષણો ચાલી રહ્યા છે.
કેન્દ્રીય ગૃહમંત્રી અમિત શાહને શનિવારે મોડી રાત્રે એઈમ્સના કાર્ડિયો ન્યુરો ટાવરમાંં દાખલ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે, જેને પગલે મીડિયામાં તેમના સ્વાસ્થ્ય અંગે અનેક અટકળો વહેતી થઈ હતી.
જોકે, એઈમ્સે રવિવારે સવારે પ્રેસ રિલિઝ જાહેર કરીને જણાવ્યું હતું કે, અમિત શાહને અગાઉ 30મી ઑગસ્ટે એઈમ્સમાંથી ડિસ્ચાર્જ કરવામાં આવ્યા હતા ત્યારે તેમને ફૂલ બોડી ચેકઅપની સલાહ અપાઈ હતી. આગામી એક-બે દિવસમાં ચોમાસુ સત્ર શરૂ થવા જઈ રહ્યું છે, તે જોતાં તેઓ ફૂલ બોડી ચેકઅપ માટે હોસ્પિટલમાં દાખલ થયા છે.
અગાઉ પણ કોરોના રિપોર્ટ નેગેટિવ આવ્યા પછી પોસ્ટ કોવિડ કેર માટે એઈમ્સમાં દાખલ થયા હતા. શાહના હેલૃથ બુલેટીનમાં જણાવાયું હતું કે તેમને કોરોનાની સારવાર પછી થાક અને શરીરમાં દુખાવો રહેતો હતો. અમિત શાહ એઈમ્સમાં દાખલ થયાના સમાચાર ફેલાતા જ તેમના સ્વાસ્થ્ય અંગે શુભકામનાઓ થવા લાગી હતી.
કેન્દ્રીય મંત્રી રામવિલાસ પાસવાને જણાવ્યું હતું કે, અમિત શાહજીના અસ્વસૃથ થવાના સમાચાર મળ્યા છે. ઈશ્વરને પ્રાર્થના છે તમે વહેલામાં વહેલા સંપૂર્ણ સ્વસૃથ થઈ જાવ. ભાજપના સાંસદ જ્યોતિરાદિત્ય સિંિધયાએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, ગૃહમંત્રી અમિત શાહના એઈમ્સમાં દાખલ થવાના સમાચાર મળ્યા.
હું ઈશ્વરને પ્રાર્થના કરૂં છું કે તમે વહેલા સંપૂર્ણ સ્વસૃથ થઈ જાવ અને દેશની સેવામાં ફરીથી જૂની ઊર્જા સાથે લાગી જાવ. 55 વર્ષીય અમિત શાહ કોરોના સંક્રમિત થઈ ગયા હતા. તેમણે બીજી ઑગસ્ટે ટ્વીટ કરીને તેની માહિતી આપી હતી.
કોરોનાની સારવાર માટે તેઓ ગુરૂગ્રામની મેદાંતા હોસ્પિટલમાં દાખલ થયા હતા. સારવાર પછી કોરોના રિપોર્ટ નેગેટિવ આવતાં 14મી ઑગસ્ટે તેમને ડિસ્ચાર્જ કરાયા હતા. જોકે, કોરોનાની સારવાર પછી થાક અને શરીરમાં દુખાવાની ફરિયાદને પગલે તેમને 18મી ઑગસ્ટે એઈમ્સમાં દાખલ કરાયા હતા અને ત્યાંથી તેમને 31મી ઑગસ્ટે રજા આપવામાં આવી હતી.

સુશાંતસિંહ રાજપૂત કથીત આત્મહત્યા કેસની તપાસમાં સુશાંતની ગર્લફ્રેન્ડ રીયા ચક્રવર્તીની ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી છે. જોકે આ ધરપકડ નાર્કોટિક્સ કન્ટ્રોલ બ્યૂરો (એનસીબી) દ્વારા ડ્રગ્સ કેસમાં કરાઇ છે. હવે એનસીબીએ આ સમગ્ર મામલે પોતાની તપાસને વધુ આગળ ધપાવી છે અને એક આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય ડ્રગ્સ રેકેટનો પણ ભાંડો ફોડયો છે.
ગોવા અને મુંબઇમાં વીવીધ સૃથળોએ પાડેલા દરોડામાં એનસીબીએ સાત લોકોની ધરપકડ કરી છે. જ્યારે નોઇડામાંથી પાંચની ધરપકડ કરી છે. સાથે જ 4.5 કિલોગ્રામ હેરોઇન, 445 ગ્રામ કોકીન અને 1.1 કિલોગ્રામ ગાંજો જપ્ત કર્યું છે. જેને છ પાર્સલ દ્વારા ભારત મોકલવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
સુશાંતસિંહ રાજપૂત કેસની તપાસ કરી રહેલી એનસીબીની ટીમે આ પહેલા મુંબઇ અને ગોવા સહિતના અનેક સૃથળે દરોડા પાડયા હતા. કૈજાનની નિશાનદેહી પર ધરપકડ કરાયેલા અનુજ કેશવાનીની પૂછપરછમાં થયેલા ખુલાસાના આધારે આ દરોડા પાડવામાં આવ્યા હતા જેમાં મોટી સફળતા મળી છે.
એનસીબીની ટીમે મુંબઇ અને ગોવામાં વિવિધ સૃથળે દરોડા પાડયા હતા, જેમાં આ મોટા જથૃથામાં ડ્રગ્સ મળી આવ્યું હતું. સાથે જ ડ્રગ્સ પેડલરોંની પણ ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી છે. આવા જ એક ધરપકડ કરાયેલા શખ્સનું નામ કરમજીત ઉર્ફે કેજેનો પણ સમાવેશ થાય છે.
કરમજીતની ગણતરી મુંબઇના મોટા ડ્રગ્સ પેડલરોમાં થાય છે. એવા દાવા થઇ રહ્યા છે કે કરમજીત જ સૈમુઅલ મિરાંડા અને શોવિક ચક્રવર્તીને ડ્રગ્સ સપ્લાય કરતો હતો. આ ડ્રગ્સ બાદમાં રીયા અને સુશાંતસિંહ રાજપૂત સુધી પહોંચતુ હતું. જોકે તેના તાર માત્ર રીયા અને સુશાંત જ નહીં અન્ય વેપારીઓ અને લિટલ હાઇટ્સમાં પણ ડ્રગ્સ સપ્લાય કરતો હતો.
હવે તેની ધરપકડ બાદ અન્ય કોને કોને તે ડ્રગ્સ આપતો હતો તેના ખુલાસા થઇ શકે છે. જોકે સુશાંત પણ પ્રતિબંિધત નશીલા પદાર્થોનું સેવન કરતો હોવાની શંકા છે. રીયાના ભાઇ દ્વારા તેના સુધી આ નશીલા પદાર્થો પહોંચતા હતા અને તેના બદલામાં સુશાંત પાસેથી પૈસા લેવામાં આવતા હતા.
મુંબઇ અને ગોવા બાદ નોઇડામાં પણ દરોડા દરમિયાન પાંચ શખ્સોની ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી છે. દિલ્હી અને એનસીઆરમાં એક મોટુ રેકેટ આ પાંચ શખ્સો ચલાવતા હોવાની શંકા છે. સાથે જ આ દરોડા દરમિયાન 27 લાખ રૂપિયાનું 4 કિલો ડ્રગ્સ પણ જપ્ત કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. આ જાણકારી નોઇડાના એડિશનલ ડેપ્યૂટી કમિશનર રણવિજયસિંહે આપી હતી.
તેઓનો મુખ્ય ટાર્ગેટ દિલ્હીના પોશ વિસ્તારો અને યુનિવર્સિટીના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ હતા. નોઇડામાંથી પકડાયેલા આ શખ્સોના નામ હિમાંશુ પવાર, રોહિત સિંઘ, અમન શ્રીવાસ્તવ, વિશાલ તિવારી છે અને તેઓ નોઇડાના રહેવાસી છે. આમ એક જ દિવસમાં એજન્સીઓ અને પોલીસે મુંબઇ, ગોવા, નોઇડામાં દરોડા પાડીને એક મોટા ડ્રગ્સ રેકેટનો ભાંડો ફોડયો છે.
