સુશાંતસિંહ રાજપૂત કથીત આત્મહત્યા કેસની તપાસમાં સુશાંતની ગર્લફ્રેન્ડ રીયા ચક્રવર્તીની ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી છે. જોકે આ ધરપકડ નાર્કોટિક્સ કન્ટ્રોલ બ્યૂરો (એનસીબી) દ્વારા ડ્રગ્સ કેસમાં કરાઇ છે. હવે એનસીબીએ આ સમગ્ર મામલે પોતાની તપાસને વધુ આગળ ધપાવી છે અને એક આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય ડ્રગ્સ રેકેટનો પણ ભાંડો ફોડયો છે.

ગોવા અને મુંબઇમાં વીવીધ સૃથળોએ પાડેલા દરોડામાં એનસીબીએ સાત લોકોની ધરપકડ કરી છે. જ્યારે નોઇડામાંથી પાંચની ધરપકડ કરી છે. સાથે જ 4.5 કિલોગ્રામ હેરોઇન, 445 ગ્રામ કોકીન અને 1.1 કિલોગ્રામ ગાંજો જપ્ત કર્યું છે. જેને છ પાર્સલ દ્વારા ભારત મોકલવામાં આવ્યું હતું.

સુશાંતસિંહ રાજપૂત કેસની તપાસ કરી રહેલી એનસીબીની ટીમે આ પહેલા મુંબઇ અને ગોવા સહિતના અનેક સૃથળે દરોડા પાડયા હતા. કૈજાનની નિશાનદેહી પર ધરપકડ કરાયેલા અનુજ કેશવાનીની પૂછપરછમાં થયેલા ખુલાસાના આધારે આ દરોડા પાડવામાં આવ્યા હતા જેમાં મોટી સફળતા મળી છે.

એનસીબીની ટીમે મુંબઇ અને ગોવામાં વિવિધ સૃથળે દરોડા પાડયા હતા, જેમાં આ મોટા જથૃથામાં ડ્રગ્સ મળી આવ્યું હતું. સાથે જ ડ્રગ્સ પેડલરોંની પણ ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી છે. આવા જ એક ધરપકડ કરાયેલા શખ્સનું નામ કરમજીત ઉર્ફે કેજેનો પણ સમાવેશ થાય છે.

કરમજીતની ગણતરી મુંબઇના મોટા ડ્રગ્સ પેડલરોમાં થાય છે. એવા દાવા થઇ રહ્યા છે કે કરમજીત જ સૈમુઅલ મિરાંડા અને શોવિક ચક્રવર્તીને ડ્રગ્સ સપ્લાય કરતો હતો. આ ડ્રગ્સ બાદમાં રીયા અને સુશાંતસિંહ રાજપૂત સુધી પહોંચતુ હતું. જોકે તેના તાર માત્ર રીયા અને સુશાંત જ નહીં અન્ય વેપારીઓ અને લિટલ હાઇટ્સમાં પણ ડ્રગ્સ સપ્લાય કરતો હતો.

હવે તેની ધરપકડ બાદ અન્ય કોને કોને તે ડ્રગ્સ આપતો હતો તેના ખુલાસા થઇ શકે છે. જોકે સુશાંત પણ પ્રતિબંિધત નશીલા પદાર્થોનું સેવન કરતો હોવાની શંકા છે. રીયાના ભાઇ દ્વારા તેના સુધી આ નશીલા પદાર્થો પહોંચતા હતા અને તેના બદલામાં સુશાંત પાસેથી પૈસા લેવામાં આવતા હતા.

મુંબઇ અને ગોવા બાદ નોઇડામાં પણ દરોડા દરમિયાન પાંચ શખ્સોની ધરપકડ કરવામાં આવી છે. દિલ્હી અને એનસીઆરમાં એક મોટુ રેકેટ આ પાંચ શખ્સો ચલાવતા હોવાની શંકા છે. સાથે જ આ દરોડા દરમિયાન 27 લાખ રૂપિયાનું 4 કિલો ડ્રગ્સ પણ જપ્ત કરવામાં આવ્યું છે. આ જાણકારી નોઇડાના એડિશનલ ડેપ્યૂટી કમિશનર રણવિજયસિંહે આપી હતી.

તેઓનો મુખ્ય ટાર્ગેટ દિલ્હીના પોશ વિસ્તારો અને યુનિવર્સિટીના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ હતા. નોઇડામાંથી પકડાયેલા આ શખ્સોના નામ હિમાંશુ પવાર, રોહિત સિંઘ, અમન શ્રીવાસ્તવ, વિશાલ તિવારી છે અને તેઓ નોઇડાના રહેવાસી છે. આમ એક જ દિવસમાં એજન્સીઓ અને પોલીસે મુંબઇ, ગોવા, નોઇડામાં દરોડા પાડીને એક મોટા ડ્રગ્સ રેકેટનો ભાંડો ફોડયો છે.

સિનિયર અમેરિકન પત્રકાર બોબ વૂડવર્ડના પુસ્તકમાં ટ્રમ્પનો ખાસ ઈન્ટરવ્યૂ લેવામાં આવ્યો હતો. એમાં ટ્રમ્પે વિવિધ મુદ્દે ધડાકા કર્યા હતા. ટ્રમ્પે પરમાણુ હિથયારો બાબતે દાવો કર્યો હતો કે અમેરિકા પાસે એવાં એવાં હિથયારો છે, જેની દુનિયાને ખબર જ નથી. જિનપિંગ અને પુતિને તો કલ્પના પણ નહીં કરી હોય કે અમેરિકા પાસે કેવા હિથયારો છે!

અમેરિકાના પ્રમુખ ડોનાલ્ડ ટ્રમ્પે સિનિયર પત્રકાર બોબ વૂડવર્ડના પુસ્તક માટે આપેલા ઈન્ટરવ્યૂમાં દાવો કર્યો હતો કે અમેરિકા પાસે એવા પરમાણુ હિથયારો છે, જેની કલ્પના પણ દુનિયાએ કરી નહીં હોય. પુતિન-જિનપિંગે વિચાર્યું પણ નહીં હોય એવા અને એટલા હિથયારો અમેરિકન લશ્કર પાસે છે.

ટ્રમ્પના દાવા પ્રમાણે અમેરિકાના એક પણ પ્રમુખે એટલું પરમાણુ હિથયારો બનાવવાનું કામ નથી કર્યું, જેટલું તેમના સાડા ત્રણ વર્ષના કાર્યકાળમાં થયું છે. દુનિયાએ ક્યારેય સાંભળ્યું નહીં હોય એવી પરમાણુ શક્તિ અમેરિકા પાસે છે. જોકે, તે અંગે વધારે સ્પષ્ટતા કરવાનો તેમણે ઈનકાર કર્યો હતો. ટ્રમ્પના કહેવા પ્રમાણે અગાઉના એકેય પ્રમુખોએ સંરક્ષણમાં જેટલું બજેટ ફાળવ્યું ન હતું એટલું બજેટ ટ્રમ્પના શાસનકાળ દરમિયાન સંરક્ષણ વિભાગને અપાયું હતું.

સંરક્ષણ વિભાગને 2.5 ટ્રિલિયન ડોલરનું ફંડ આપ્યું હોવાનું ટ્રમ્પે એ ઈન્ટરવ્યૂમાં કહ્યું હતું. ટ્રમ્પે તો ત્યાં સુધી દાવો કર્યો હતો કે અમેરિકન પત્રકાર ખાશોગીની હત્યા પછી ચોમેરથી ઘેરાયેલા સાઉદીના ક્રાઉન પ્રિન્સ મોહમ્મદ બિન સલમાનને તેમણે બચાવ્યા હતા! અમેરિકન કોંગ્રેસ સલમાન સામે પગલાં ભરવાની હતી, પણ મારા પ્રયાસોથી એ કાર્યવાહી અટકી હતી એવું ટ્રમ્પે કહ્યું હતું.

'હું ફરી પ્રમુખ બનું એનાં એક જ મહિનામાં ઈરાન કરાર કરી દેશે'

ડોનાલ્ડ ટ્રમ્પે એવો દાવો કર્યો હતો કે તે બીજી વખત પ્રમુખ બનશે તેના એક જ મહિનામાં ઈરાન અમેરિકા સાથે પરમાણુ કરાર કરી લેશે. ટ્રમ્પે ઈઝરાયેલ-યુએઈ વચ્ચે થયેલા ઐતિહાસિક કરારનો ઉલ્લેખ કરતા કહ્યું હતું કે જે રીતે આ બે દેશો વચ્ચે શાંતિ સૃથપાઈ છે એ જ રીતે અન્ય દેશો વચ્ચે પણ તે સુલેહ કરાવશે. ખાસ તો પેલેસ્ટાઈનનો વિવાદ પણ ઉકેલાશે. ઈરાન બાબતે ટ્રમ્પે કહ્યું હતું કે ઈરાનના પ્રમુખ મારી સાથે વાત કરવાના સંકેત આપ્યા છે. હું તેમની સાથે વાર્તાલાપ માટે તૈયાર છું. મારી બીજી ટર્મના એક જ મહિનામાં અમેરિકા-ઈરાન વચ્ચે ઐતિહાસિક સમજૂતિ થઈ જશે. ઈરાનની આિર્થક સિૃથતિનો ઉલ્લેખ કરતા ટ્રમ્પે ઉમેર્યું હતું કે ઈરાન ખુદ ઈચ્છે છે કે તેમની આિર્થક ગાડી ફરીથી પાટા ઉપર ચડી જાય. જો હું બીજી વખત પ્રમુખ બનીશ તો ખરેખર શાંતિ સૃથપાઈ જશે.

દેશમાં કોરોનાની સિૃથતિ વિકરાળથી વધુ વિકરાળ બની રહી છે. દેશમાં સતત ત્રીજા દિવસે 24 કલાકમાં કોરોનાના 95,000થી વધુ કેસ નોંધાયા છે. દેશમાં કોરોનાથી સૌથી વધુ અસરગ્રસ્ત રાજ્ય મહારાષ્ટ્રમાં કોરોનાના કુલ કેસ 10 લાખની નજીક પહોંચી ગયા છે.

બીજીબાજુ કેન્દ્ર સરકારે કોરોનાનો પ્રસાર અટકાવવા માટે બધા જ રાજ્યો અને કેન્દ્રશાસિત પ્રદેશોને કોરોનાના લક્ષણ હોવા છતાં રેપિડ એન્ટીજેન ટેસ્ટમં નેગેટિવ આવ્યા હોય તેવા બધા જ લોકોના આરટી-પીસીઆર માધ્મયથી ફરીથી ટેસ્ટ કરાવવા નિર્દેશો આપ્યા છે.

સ્વાસ્થ્ય મંત્રાલયે જણાવ્યું હતું કે દેશમાં કોરોનાથી 69 ટકા મોત મહારાષ્ટ્ર, તમિલનાડુ, કર્ણાટક, દિલ્હી અને આંધ્રપ્રદેશમાં જ્યારે 74 ટકા એક્ટિવ કેસ સૌથી વધુ અસરગ્રસ્ત નવ રાજ્યોમાં નોંધાયા છે.

દેશમાં ગુરૂવારે કોરોનાના નવા 96,492 કેસ નોંધાયા હતા તેમજ 1272 લોકોનાં મોત નીપજ્યાં હતાં. આ સાથે કોરોનાના કુલ કેસની સંખ્યા 45,48,797 થઈ હતી જ્યારે મૃત્યુઆંક 76,207 થયો હતો.

જોકે, અત્યાર સુધીમાં 35,30,209 દર્દીઓ કોરોના મુક્ત થયા છે. દેશમાં રિકવરી રેટ વધીને 77.60 ટકા થયો છે તેમ પીટીઆઈની રાજ્યવાર ટેલીમાં જણાવાયું હતું. દેશમાં કોરોનાથી સૌથી વધુ અસરગ્રસ્ત રાજ્ય મહારાષ્ટ્રમાં કોરોનાના કેસ 9,90,795 ઉપર પહોંચી ગયા છે જ્યારે મૃત્યુઆંક 28,282 થયો છે.

સ્વાસ્થ્ય મંત્રાલયે ગુરૂવારે જણાવ્યું હતું કે દેશમાં કોરોનાના 74 ટકા એક્ટિવ કેસ સૌથી વધુ અસરગ્રસ્ત નવ રાજ્યોમાં નોંધાયા છે જ્યારે માત્ર ચાર રાજ્યો અને એક કેન્દ્રશાસિત પ્રદેશ મહારાષ્ટ્ર, તમિલનાડુ, કર્ણાટક, આંધ્ર પ્રદેશ અને દિલ્હીમાં 69 ટકા દર્દીઓનાં મોત નીપજ્યાં છે.

મંત્રાલયે ઉમેર્યું હતું કે દેશમાં કોરોનાના કુલ કેસમાંથી 60 ટકા કેસ પાંચ રાજ્યો મહારાષ્ટ્ર, આંધ્ર પ્રદેશ, તમિલનાડુ, કર્ણાટક અને ઉત્તર પ્રદેશમાં નોંધાયા છે. દેશમાં હાલ 9,19,018 એક્ટિવ કેસ છે, જે કુલ કેસના 20.58 ટકા છે.

દરમિયાન સ્વાસ્થ્ય મંત્રાલયે રાજ્યો અને કેન્દ્રશાસિત પ્રદેશોને કોરોનાના લક્ષણ હોય પરંતુ રેપીડ એન્ટીજેન ટેસ્ટમાં નેગેટિવ આવ્યા હોય તેવા બધા જ લોકોની ફરીથી તપાસ કરવા નિર્દેશ આપ્યા છે. આ બધા જ લોકોના આરટી-પીસીઆર મારફત ફરીથી ટેસ્ટ કરવામાં આવશે.

મંત્રાલયે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, કેટલાક મોટા રાજ્યોમાં રેપિડ એન્ટીજેન ટેસ્ટમાં નેગેટિવ આવેલા લક્ષણવાળા કેસોની આરટી-પીસીઆર તપાસ નથી થઈ રહી. આ રાજ્યોએ તાવ, ખાંસી આૃથવા શ્વાસ લેવામાં તકલીફ જેવા કોરોનાના લક્ષણ ધરાવતા લોકોના આરટી-પીસીઆર ટેસ્ટથી પરીક્ષણ કરવાની ખાતરી કરવી જોઈએ. કોઈ સંભવિત પોઝિટિવ કેસ છૂટી ન જાય તે રાજ્યોએ જોવું જોઈએ.

દેશમાં કોરોનાના કેસ સતત વધી રહ્યા છે ત્યારે વડાપ્રધાન નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ ગુરૂવારે લોકોને કોરોના વાઈરસને હળવાશથી નહીં લેવા અને ફેસ માસ્ક પહેરવાના અને સોશિયલ ડિસ્ટન્સિંગનું પાલન કરવાના નિયમોનું ચુસ્તતાથી પાલન કરવા જણાવ્યું હતું. તેમણે ઉમેર્યું હતું કે વૈજ્ઞાાનિકો કોરોનાની રસી ન શોધી કાઢે ત્યાં સુધી લોકોએ આ માર્ગદર્શિકાઓનું પાલન કરવું જોઈએ. લોકો સ્વસૃથ અને સલામત રહે તથા પરિવારમાં વરિષ્ઠ નાગરિકોની કાળજી રાખે. આ ખૂબ જ મહત્વનું છે. કોરોના વાઈરસને હળવાશથી ન લો. વૈજ્ઞાાનિકો કોરોના વાઈરસની રસી શોધી ન કાઢે ક્યાં સુધી સોશિયલ ડિસ્ટન્સિંગ અને માસ્ક પહેરવો એ જ સલામત રહેવાનો સૌથી સારો માર્ગ છે.
