પ્રધાનમંત્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીનો ગુજરાત પ્રવાસનો આજે બીજો દિવસ છે. ત્યારે પીએમ મોદી આજે ગુજરાતને મહામૂલી સી-પ્લેનની ભેટ આપશે. કેવડિયાથી સી-પ્લેન મારફતે અમદાવાદ આવશે. ત્યારે શહેરમાં પીએમ મોદીની મુલાકાતને લઇને સુરક્ષા વ્યવસ્થા સઘન કરવામાં આવી છે.

પીએમ મોદીની મુલાકાતને લઇને કેટલાક રસ્તાઓ બંધ કરવામાં આવ્યાં છે. પ્રધાનમંત્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીનો ગુજરાત પ્રવાસનો આજે બીજો દિવસ છે. પીએમ મોદી આજે રાજ્યને સી-પ્લેનની ભેટ આપવા જઇ રહ્યાં છે.

કેવડિયાથી સી-પ્લેન મારફતે અમદાવાદ આવશે. જેને લઇને શહેરના રિવરફ્રન્ટ પર પોલીસનો ચુસ્ત બંદોબસ્ત ગોઠવવામાં આવ્યો છે. સાબરમતી નદીમાં બોટમાં પોલીસનું સતત પેટ્રોલિંગ કરવામાં આવી રહ્યું છે. આ સાથે પીએમ મોદીની મુલાકાતને લઇને શહેરના કેટલાક રસ્તાઓ બંધ કરવામાં આવ્યાં છે. જેમાં બપોર સુધી રિવરફ્રન્ટનો માર્ગ બંધ રહેશે.

પીએમ મોદીની અમદાવાદ મુલાકાતને લઇને જે રસ્તાઓ બંધ કરવામાં આવ્યાં છે તેમાં આરટીઓ સર્કલથી વાડજ સર્કલ સુધી, વાડજ સ્મશાનગૃહથી આંબેડકર બ્રિજ સુધી સવારે 10 વાગ્યાથી બપોરે 2 વાગ્યા સુધી માર્ગ બંધ રહેશે.

તુર્કીમાં 7નો પ્રચંડ ભૂકંપ : 18નાં મોત, 450 ઘાયલ

ભૂકંપની સાથે દરિયા કાંઠે સુનામીની લહેર, અનેક વિસ્તારોમાં પાણી ભરાયાં

તુર્કીમાં 7ની તીવ્રતાનો ભૂકંપ ત્રાટકતા હાહાકાર મચી ગયો હતો. 18 લોકોનાં મોત થયા હતા અને 450થી વધુ લોકો ઘાયલ થયા હતા. ભૂકંપનું એપી સેન્ટર એજિયન સમુદ્રના પેટાળમાં 16 કિલોમીટર અંદર દર્જ થયું હતું. તુર્કી ઉપરાંત ગ્રીસમાં પણ ભૂકંપની અસર થઈ હતી. લાખો લોકો આ ભૂકંપથી પ્રભાવિત થયા હતા.

તુર્કી અને ગ્રીકના ટાપુમાં ભૂકંપ ત્રાટક્યો હતો. તુર્કીના ઈઝમિર શહેરમાં 20 જેટલી ઈમારતો ધરાશાયી થઈ હતી. તુરંત બચાવ કામગીરી શરૂ કરાઈ હતી. સરકારે 38 એમ્બ્યુલન્સ, બે એમ્બ્યુલન્સ હેલિકોપ્ટર્સ અને 35 મેડિકલ રેસ્ક્યૂ ટીમને તૈયાર કરીને બચાવ કામગીરી શરૂ કરાવી હતી. ઈઝમિર શહેરમાં લગભગ 100 જેટલાં લોકોને કાટમાળમાંથી બચાવી લેવાયા હતા. ઈઝમિરમાં અસંખ્ય ઈમારતોને નુકસાન થયું છે.

એજિયન સમુદ્રના પેટાળમાં શક્તિશાળી ધરતીકંપ ત્રાટક્યો હોવાથી સુનામીની પણ અસર થઈ હતી. તુર્કી ઉપરાંત ગ્રીસના સામોસ ટાપુમાં સુનામી ત્રાટક્યાનો દાવો થયો હતો. ભૂકંપ અને સુનામીથી લગભગ પચાસ લાખ લોકો પ્રભાવિત થયા છે. ઈઝમિર શહેરમાં પાણી ભરાયું હોવાનો દાવો પણ સોશિયલ મીડિયામાં થયો હતો. ઘણાં લોકોએ સોશિયલ મીડિયામાં વીડિયો શેર કરીને ભૂકંપની ભયાનકતાનો ચિતાર આપ્યો હતો.

ગ્રીસ સરકારે સામોસ ટાપુમાં રહેતા 50 હજાર લોકોને દરિયાથી સલામત અંતરે રહેવાની તાકીદ કરી હતી. ભૂકંપનું એપી સેન્ટર ગ્રીસના આ ટાપુથી ઘણું નજીક હોવાથી સુનામી ઉપરાંત ભૂકંપની શક્યતા છે. અમેરિકન જિયોલોજિકલ એજન્સીના કહેવા પ્રમાણે ભૂકંપનું કેન્દ્ર ગ્રીસના નોન કાર્લોવસિયન શહેરની ઉત્તર-પૂર્વમાં 14 કિલોમીટર દૂર હતું.

સૌથી નજીક આવેલા આ ભૂભાગમાં સૌથી વધારે ભૂકંપના આંચકા અનુભવાયા હતા. નિષ્ણાતોના મતે તુર્કી અને ગ્રીસ જમીનની અંદર આવેલી એવી પ્લેટની બરાબર ઉપર આવેલું છે, જ્યાં ભૂકંપની સૌથી વધુ શક્યતા હોય છે. આ વિસ્તારમાં છેલ્લાં દશકામાં ભયાનક અને શક્તિશાળી ભૂકંપ ત્રાટકી ચૂક્યા છે.

દેશમાં છેલ્લા કેટલાક સમયમાં કોરોનાનો પ્રકોપ ધીમો પડયો છે અને 85 દિવસમાં પહેલી વખત કોરોનાના એક્ટિવ કેસની સંખ્યા 6 લાખથી નીચે ગઈ છે, જે કોરોનાના કુલ કેસમાં માત્ર 7.35 ટકા છે તેમ સ્વાસ્થ્ય મંત્રાલયે શુક્રવારે જણાવ્યું હતું.

જોકે, એઈમ્સના ડિરેક્ટર રણદીપ ગુઈલેરિયાએ ચેતવણી આપી છે કે કોરોનાની બીજી લહેર શરૂ થઈ ગઈ છે. કોરોનાના કેસમાં નોંધપાત્ર ઊછાળો આવશે. ખૂબ જ જરૂરી હોય તો જ ઘરમાંથી બહાર નીકળો. આ સમયે માસ્ક પહેરો, સોશિયલ ડિસ્ટન્સ સહિતના નિર્દેશોનું પાલન કરો.

એઈમ્સના ડિરેક્ટર રણદીપ ગુઈલેરિયાએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે શિયાળાના સમયમાં રાષ્ટ્રીય રાજધાની દિલ્હીમાં કોરોના વાઈરસના કેસમાં નોંધપાત્ર ઊછાળો આવ્યો છે. તેને ધ્યાનમાં રાખતાં કોરોનાની ત્રીજી લહેરની ચર્ચા થવા લાગી છે.

જોકે, ડૉક્ટર ગુઈલેરિયાએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, હાલ દિલ્હીમાં કોરોનાની બીજી લહેર ચાલી રહી છે, જે ફરીથી તીવ્ર થઈ ગઈ છે. તેના માટે તેમણે કોરોના પ્રત્યે લોકોની વધતી બેદરકારી, સોશિયલ ડિસ્ટન્સ રાખવા, માસ્ક પહેરવાની માર્ગદર્શિકાઓના અમલમાં ઢીલાશને કારણભૂત ગણાવ્યા હતા.

તેમણે કોરોનાની બીજી લહેર માટે શિયાળાના વાતાવરણ અને પ્રદૂષણને પણ જવાબદાર ગણાવ્યા હતા. તેમણે કહ્યું કે પ્રદૂષણના કારણે વાયરસ વધુ સમય સુધી હવામાં રહે છે. પ્રદૂષણ અને વાઈરસ બંને ફેંફસાઓને અસર કરે છે.

તેમણે ઉમેર્યું હતું કે, દિલ્હીએ પ્રદૂષણ અને કોરોનાના બેવડા પડકારોનો સામનો કરવાનો છે. જરૂર ન હોય તો ઘરની બહાર ન નીકળો. દિલ્હીમાં કોરોનાના કુલ કેસ 3,81,644 થયા છે જ્યારે મૃત્યુઆંક 6,470 થયો છે અને 3,42,811 દર્દી સાજા થયા છે.

બીજીબાજુ સ્વાસ્થ્ય મંત્રાલયે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, દેશમાં છેલ્લા ત્રણ મહિનામાં પહેલી વખત કોરોનાના એક્ટિવ કેસ 6 લાખથી નીચે આવ્યા છે અને તે કુલ કેસના 7.35 ટકા જેટલા છે.

છેલ્લા કેટલાક સમયમાં કોરોનાના દૈનિક નવા કેસમાં નોંધપાત્ર ઘટાડો જોવા મળી રહ્યો છે. અલગ અલગ રાજ્યોમાં એક્ટિવ કેસના આંકડા અલગ અલગ છે. વધુમાં ભારતમાં કોરોનાના રિકવરી કેસ પણ વિશ્વમાં સૌથી વધુ છે. દેશમાં અત્યાર સુધીમાં કોરોનાના કુલ 74.28 લાખથી વધુ દર્દીઓ સાજા થઈ ગયા છે.

દેશમાં એક્ટિવ કેસ અને રિકવર કેસ વચ્ચેનું અંતર સતત વધી રહ્યું છે તેમ મંત્રાલયે જણાવ્યું હતું. દરમિયાન એક અભ્યાસમાં સામે આવ્યું છે કે કોરોના વાઈરસ શરીરના બધા જ મહત્વના અંગો પર અસર કરે છે. તેની અસરથી નસો સૂજી જાય છે અને લોહી ગાઢું થઈ જાય છે અને કેટલાક કેસોમાં ફાઈબ્રોસિસ એટલે કે ટિશ્યુની સંરચનામાં ફેરફારના કિસ્સા પણ સામે આવી રહ્યા છે.

કોરોનાના કારણે મૃતક દર્દીઓમાંથી 90 ટકાના ફેંફસા અને તેટલા જ દર્દીઓની કિડની પર ગંભીર અસર જોવા મળી છે. 80 ટકા દર્દીઓમાં પાચન તંત્ર સંબંિધત અંગ પેન્ક્રિયાઝ પર અને 60 ટકાના લીવર પર કોરોના વાઈરસની અસર જોવા મળી છે. એઈમ્સ ભોપાલે કોરોના પીડિત 10 દર્દીઓના મૃતદેહોના કરેલા પોસ્ટમોર્ટમમાંથી આ વિગતો સામે આવી છે.

કોરોનાના કુલ કેસ 81.33 લાખ, મૃત્યુઆંક 1.21 લાખ

ભારતમાં છેલ્લા 24 કલાકમાં કોરોનાના નવા 48,772 કેસ નોંધાયા છે અને વધુ 507નાં મોત નીપજ્યાં છે જ્યારે 59,209 દર્દીઓ સાજા થયા છે. આ સાથે કોરોનાના કુલ કેસની સંખ્યા 81,33,933 પહોંચી છે અને મૃત્યુઆંક 1,21,529 થયો છે જ્યારે અત્યાર સુધીમાં સાજા થયેલા દર્દીઓની સંખ્યા 74,28,480 છે. રિકવરી રેટ વધીને 91.32 ટકા થઈ ગયો છે તેમ પીટીઆઈની રાજ્યવાર ટેલી પરથી જણાયું છે.
