Himachal election results live: Postal ballots to be counted first

The counting for Himachal Pradesh assembly elections will start at 8am in 68 counting halls spread across 59 locations. The counting will start with the postal ballot at 8am followed by EVM counting at 8:30am. A three-tier security system has been set up for the strong rooms, the innermost parameter of which will be guarded by the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), and second and third by the armed Police and district executive force. MCD election results: Counting of votes for 250 wards of Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) will begin at 8am amid tight security.
