PM Narendra Modi and Nepalese PM Sher Bahadur Deuba on Saturday flagged off cross-border passenger train services between Jayanagar in India and Kurtha in Nepal through videoconferencing. Pak PM Imran Khan praises India’s foreign policy again
Embattled Pakistan PM Imran Khan said on Friday that a powerful nation has been angered by his visit to Russia this February and he praised India again ahead of the no-confidence vote against him on April 3 for Delhi’s independent foreign policy, saying it was centred on its people. He noted that the unnamed country’s ally, India, was importing oil from Russia as the West was trying to impose sanctions on Moscow after it invaded Ukraine.

The first audio recordings on Mars reveal a quiet planet with occasional gusts of wind where two different speeds of sound would have a strange delayed effect on hearing, scientists said Friday. The study confirmed for the first time that the speed of sound is slower on Mars, travelling at 240 metres per second, compared to Earth's 340 metres per second.
