Up to 10-yr jail in draft bill against trafficking

In its effort to tighten the noose on traffickers and put in place a rehabilitation framework for survivors, the ministry of women and child development has put out the draft of the Trafficking in Persons (Prevention, Care and Rehabilitation) Bill, 2021 in the public domain asking for feedback till July 14.
